The New York Jets' rookie quarterback, Jordan Travis, certainly doesn't lack self-assurance.
Even though the 24-year-old quarterback's season-ending fractured leg against North Alabama in November made him an injury concern for many scouts and general managers, the Jets took a chance on his potential and talent by drafting him in the fifth round of the 2024 draft.
During the Jets rookie camp, Travis shared a thought since the draft. He pondered whether the Jets' decision to pick him was with the intention of him stepping into the shoes of the legendary Aaron Rodgers. This belief of his challenges the perception that he was drafted solely as a developmental project in the late round.
